It is apply to the special effects such as wrinkle, frosted,
refraction gem crystal and convex oil on the bullion paperboard,
metal, glass, plastic, and also the UV curing of the offset
printing ink on the offset press production, screen printing, glue
coating drying.

Specification

1. Instant drying, saving time and high production efficiency.

2. It can make the printing piece achieve high gloss, friction
resistance and solvent resistance.

3. The conveyor belt has stepless speed regulation and anti offset
device to ensure smooth transportation.

4. Imported Teflon mesh belt, the conveying speed is balanced and
adjustable, which is convenient to connect the production line with
other equipment.

5. Each set of UV system is controlled independently, and the
number of lamp tubes is turned on according to the production.

6. Special aluminum magnesium alloy lampshade is adopted, and the
concentrating design is of high production efficiency.

7. The working current of UV lamp can be controlled by external
indicator needle, which can effectively master the working state of
UV machine.

8. Equipped with reasonable heat dissipation system, the dynamic
temperature should be kept at ≤ 60 ° C.
